Dr. Harit K Chaturvedi is the Chairperson of the Max Institute of Cancer Care, having joined Max Healthcare in 2009. He has passionately developed one of the largest and most esteemed oncology programs in the country, focusing on specialization, clinical quality, research, and academics. Dr. Chaturvedi has led his team of over 100 oncologists into the Disease Management Group (DMG) model, positioning the Max Institute of Cancer Care as a highly respected brand in oncology. Renowned for nurturing young talent, he is celebrated as a teacher and mentor. He has performed surgeries at live surgical workshops, presented his work at national and international conferences, and has numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Chaturvedi has also served as President of the Indian Society of Oncology and the Indian Association of Surgical Oncology. He demonstrated his visionary leadership by establishing the Indian Cancer Congress brand as its first organizing secretary.
