Dr. Shomeshwar Singh is a highly qualified ENT specialist, having completed his training in India from 1990 to 1999 and further training in the United Kingdom from 2000 to 2008. With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Singh serves as a Senior Consultant specializing in Ear, Nose, Throat, and Hearing (Cochlear) implants. He leads one of India's largest cochlear implant programs and has achieved excellent outcomes with a significant number of patients. Dr. Singh is renowned as a Trainer and Mentor Surgeon for new Cochlear Implant Programs and organizes the ACIC, an annual surgical instruction course in Cochlear Implant surgery. He is also the inventor of See Sound Live (SSL), an innovative assistive technology designed to empower the deaf community to speak. Currently, SSL is undergoing trials in India, the UK, and the USA. In recognition of his pioneering research, Dr. Singh received several grants and the prestigious BIRAC INNOVATOR AWARD in 2020 from the Vice President of India.
