Dr. Pratima Mittal is the Head of the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Amrita Hospital, Faridabad, with over 40 years of extensive clinical and academic experience. Renowned for her dedication to the field, Dr. Mittal strives to provide the latest evidence-based medical services, earning her a reputation for selflessness, compassion, and exemplary patient outcomes.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Mittal is a highly respected academician and beloved teacher, having supervised around 36 thesis projects of postgraduate students. She serves as the Supervisor and Course Coordinator for the Post-Doctoral Fellowship of the National Board of Examinations (FNB).

Dr. Mittal is also a co-chairperson and reviewer for ICMR and DBT proposals on national projects related to maternal health. She has been a member of various interview boards as an expert for faculty positions at prestigious institutions such as AIIMS (Delhi, Rishikesh, and Jodhpur), SGPGI, GNCTD Hospitals, ESI Hospitals, and KGMC.
