Dr A.S. Soin, who heads India’s biggest and one of the world’s busiest liver transplant programs at Medanta The Medicity is India’s most successful liver transplant surgeon. His team, which boasts a 95 percent success rate, does between 25 and 30 liver transplants per month. The most experienced provider in the business with more than 2,500 liver transplants in more than 21 years to their credit. Dr. Soin has also completed over 12, 000 complicated operations of the liver, gall bladder and bile ducts. He is a pioneer in liver transplantation in India and has also taught most of the teams involved in liver transplantation throughout the country.
