Dr. Dinesh Khullar, Chairman of the Department of Nephrology and Renal Transplant Medicine at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Saket, New Delhi, oversees development, quality control, clinical governance, physician hiring, credentialing, academic activities for the DNB and clinical fellowship programs, and research initiatives. With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Khullar has been involved in more than 5,000 successful kidney transplants, including over 1,200 at Max Hospital, Saket. He is renowned for handling complex cases such as ABO-incompatible transplants, transplantations in highly sensitive recipients, and high-risk transplants with significant comorbidities. Dr. Khullar pioneered the first online hemodiaflltration unit in North India for advanced dialysis. He has led numerous research activities and served as the national lead investigator in major clinical trials, including DAPA-CKD and Transform.
