Overview

Dr. Pradeep Jain is a very experienced Gastroenterology surgeon having his practice at Fortis Hospital Shalimar Bagh as the Principal Director of the Department of Laparoscopic and Robotic GI, GI Onco, HPB, and Minimal Access Surgery. He graduated from Maulana Azad Medical College, with an MS in General Surgery from LNJP Hospital and an MCh in Gastrointestinal and Hepatobiliary Pancreatic Surgery from G.B.Pant Hospital. Dr. Jain has attained specialized training in laparoscopic colorectal surgery from Seoul, South Korea, Japan, and especially the USA. His specialties are in laparoscopic/robotic gastrointestinal, oncology surgery, bariatric surgery, and liver pancreas surgery. He has done more than 30000 successful GI operations including open, laparoscopic, and robotic operations, and is accredited by Intuitive Surgical as a robot surgeon. Also, he chairs the GI Council, at Pan Fortis while he has done surgeries at the Asian Institute of Telesurgery, Taiwan.
