Dr Ashwani Maichand is the Senior Consultant & Director at Minomax Orthopaedics and Director of Orthopaedics at CK Birla Hospital. He has been selected as a fellowship-trained joint replacement specialist in both the United States and Germany. Dr. Maichand is an expert in minimal access surgery for joints, spinal surgery, and has been working in joint reconstruction for over ten years. In 2009, after finishing his post-graduation at S M S Medical College, Jaipur, and his MCh from the American Institute of Medicine, he graduated from the Government. Medical College, Rohtak. Dr. Maichand has carried out 6,000 joint replacements as well as arthroscopic procedures and performed more than 1,000 endoscopic spine surgeries, leading the way with MIS hip replacement for people in Asia.
